What are the rules for participating in the loyalty program?

Anyone over the age of 16 can participate in the loyalty program if they provide the account registration information, consent to the management of their data, and accept the General Terms of Use. The points collected in the Nail Shop loyalty program are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In order for us to credit your points , in the case of online store purchases, it is sufficient to log in to your account on the website and place your order in this way. We can credit the loyalty program points in the online store at the time of invoicing, we cannot provide subsequent crediting of points. If you place your order from a different email address, which you have not registered in the loyalty program, it is not possible to credit the points. It is not possible to combine loyalty program memberships or combine the points included in them.

What are the basic principles of the nail shop loyalty program?

As a repeat customer of the Nail Shop loyalty program, you can enjoy the many benefits of the program, our special offers only for members, and you can collect valuable points with your purchases, which you can exchange for discounts and coupons.

How can I collect points?

To get started, all you have to do is register an account on our site, and we will already credit you with 3,000 points.


  • If you are visiting our online store for the first time, you will find the icon of the loyalty program (rewards program) in the lower right corner of the screen.
  • When you click this button, a widget will appear that gives you the option to join the loyalty program or sign up.
  • The scoring tab in the module displays all the rules, and you can use the buttons next to each rule to perform exactly the actions you want.
  • For example, we added the Buy button to the 'Points after purchase' action. When you click this button, you will be taken to the appropriate page where you can perform the action and earn points.
How can I see my points balance?
  • Once you've logged in, you can see your total points on the Balance tab within the Loyalty Program icon (widget), as well as all the activities you've done while interacting with the store and collected points.
  • You can find the loyalty program icon in the lower right corner of the screen!
How can I redeem my points?
  • When you have collected a certain amount of points, you can redeem your points by following the rules on the Redeem Points tab.
  • After you have successfully redeemed points for certain coupons, you can see and manage your rewards on the My Rewards tab and use them directly by clicking the Redeem button.
  • If you want to redeem a gift product coupon (e.g. nail polish), you must first add the product to the cart and then copy the received discount coupon code into the code field.
How long can I collect points?

You can collect points for as long as you like. Reward coupons for points are valid for 90 days, before which we will warn you several times by e-mail.

How does the referral program work?
  • Each member of the loyalty program has a special link.
  • When you sign up/log in to the rewards program, you will find the referral link on the Referral Program page, and you can use it to recommend our online store to your family and friends.
  • Our system can distinguish these links.
  • Once the referred friend registers an account, purchases a product, and the order is fulfilled, our system rewards the referrer and the referred friend.
How does the birthday reward point work?

You can also earn points by using the "Happy Birthday" rule.

  • You can enter your birthday via the widget. This information can only be managed by you, so it cannot be modified manually by the operator of the online store.
  • In the given year, you will not receive points if your birthday is within the next 30 days from the date you entered.

Note: You will receive a reward exactly on the day of your birth, not immediately after filling in the dates.

Can I use multiple coupons for the same transaction?

Only one coupon can be used per transaction or basket. However, you can add multiple products to a cart so that a coupon can be used and the discounts applied.

Can I use my points for personal purchases?

You can also redeem your points for various discounts in our store in the case of personal purchases, and of course you also receive reward points after shopping in the store!

Do I still get points after buying discount products?

Yes, you get points even after buying a discounted product.

When and how does the delivery take place?

The delivery takes place throughout Hungary, generally between 8:00 and 16:00 on working days. You will receive information about the start of delivery by e-mail or text message.

Will I receive a notification if something is out of stock?

If your order is not currently in stock, we will inform you by email or phone within 24 hours on working days.

Where is my package?

We will send you a notification about every step of order fulfillment. As soon as we have handed over the product(s) to the courier service, we will inform you by e-mail and SMS. After that, depending on the workload of the courier services, it takes approximately 1-4 working days for the products to reach you. On the day of delivery, prior to delivery, the courier service is expected to send you a notification by SMS to the phone number you provided when placing the order.

Can I pick up the product in person somewhere? does the nail shop have a business?

How can I cancel the order?

If you ordered the product, but in the meantime changed your mind and no longer need the product, you can proceed in several ways. Until a package number is prepared for the order, you can cancel the order in your My account on the website. If the package number has already been prepared, we cannot cancel the order in our system, because it has probably already been handed over to the courier service and the delivery has started. In such a case, we recommend that you refuse to accept the package.


What does carbon neutral mean?

Your comfort is important to us, so if you cannot receive your order at the selected time, we will store the ordered product for 5 days!
